Cartier Tank Américaine PM 18K Yellow Gold Cartier Service 2026 Ref. 1710

The unmistakable elegance of the Cartier Tank Américaine, beautifully revived through an extensive Cartier restoration in 2026. Crafted in solid 18k yellow gold, this vintage Ref. 1710 now presents remarkably close to a brand-new watch, combining classic Cartier design with the reassurance of a fresh manufacture service.

The gracefully curved 35 × 19 mm case has been professionally polished by Cartier, restoring its beautiful golden finish. Cartier also fitted a brand-new solid gold crown with blue sapphire cabochon, together with a new original Cartier mineral crystal.

The watch features a brand-new white Cartier service dial with crisp black Roman numerals, giving the Américaine its wonderfully fresh and timeless appearance.

Inside beats the Cartier Calibre 157 quartz movement, completely serviced by Cartier in 2026. The extensive intervention totaled €1,762 and is accompanied by official Cartier paperwork and invoice, together with a 2-year international Cartier service warranty.

Completing the watch is a handmade Belgian black leather strap, paired with an original Cartier vermeil pin buckle.
