Shipping Provider
We exclusively ship with DHL EXPRESS, our trusted logistics partner, to provide fast, secure, and reliable deliveries worldwide. For armored shipping do we use Malca-Amit.
Shipping Coverage & Insurance
- All packages are fully insured for their declared value during transit.
- Insurance covers the package until it is successfully delivered to the recipient.
- Once the package is signed for or confirmed as delivered by DHL EXPRESS, Le Petit Suisse is no longer responsible for any loss, theft, or damage.
Shipping Timeframes
- Domestic & EU Orders: Typically delivered within 1-3 business days.
- International Orders: Delivery times vary but usually range between 2-7 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.
- Expedited shipping options may be available upon request.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the value of the package.
- In some cases, we may offer complimentary shipping—please check at the time of purchase.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
- International buyers may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or VAT imposed by their respective countries.
- These charges are not included in the purchase price and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.
- We are unable to undervalue packages or mark them as "gifts" due to customs regulations.
Tracking Your Shipment

Lost or Damaged Packages
- In the rare event of a lost or damaged shipment:
- Please notify us immediately so we can initiate an investigation with DHL EXPRESS.
- Insurance claims must be processed through the shipping carrier, and we will assist you in this process.

Signature Requirement
- To ensure security, all shipments require a signature upon delivery. If no one is available at the time of delivery, DHL EXPRESS may attempt redelivery or hold the package at a local facility for pickup.
