Le Petit Suisse Return Policy
At Le Petit Suisse, we take great pride in the quality and authenticity of our vintage timepieces. We understand that purchasing a watch is a significant investment, and we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. However, due to the unique nature of our watches, we have specific return guidelines in place.
Eligibility for Returns
- All returns must be pre-approved by us. Before shipping a watch back, you must inform us and receive confirmation regarding the return address, condition, and packaging requirements.
- The watch must be returned in the exact condition as it was shipped, along with all original packaging and accessories.

Incomplete or altered watches may not be eligible for a full refund of the original purchase price.
- The return shipping falls under the responsibility of the buyer (such as damage during transport, theft, lost fraud, possible charges,..)
- The customer is responsible for proper packaging and secure shipping, ideally with full insurance, to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
- We reserve the right to charge an administration and or processing fee depending on the transaction.
Non-Returnable Items
- Watches that have been customized (e.g., engraving, special orders) before or after shipping cannot be returned.
- Any watch that has been modified, opened, or serviced by an unauthorized watchmaker is not eligible for return.
- Every client outside of the EU has no binding right of return, we may choose to accept a return on our terms with no legal binding obligation to do so. Sales to clients outside the EU are final sales.
European Union Cooling-Off Period (For EU Clients Only)
- As per EU regulations, customers within the European Union have a 14-day cooling-off period from the day they receive the watch.
- During this time, EU buyers can return the item without justification, provided that it meets the return eligibility criteria.
- The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed upon.

In the event that a Customer exercises their statutory right of withdrawal within the legal fourteen (14) day cooling-off period, the Customer shall, within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of notifying the Company of their intention to return the Product(s), dispatch the Product(s) to the Company and provide verifiable proof of such dispatch.
Any return shipments initiated after the expiry of the fourteen (14) day period following the Customer’s notification of withdrawal shall not be accepted by Le Petit Suisse.
Fraudulent Returns & Legal Action
- If we detect fraudulent activity (such as swapping parts, misrepresenting the watch’s condition, or filing false claims), we will take immediate legal action against the buyer.
- All legal matters will be handled under the jurisdiction of the Kingdom of Belgium.

We have a 14-day return policy for EU clients, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
