Cartier Santos Carrée Ghost Dial 'Swiss' Automatic Gold & Steel Ref. 0902 from 1980s

A rare and highly collectible Cartier Santos Carrée Lady Ref. 0902 from the 1980s, combining the iconic gold-and-steel Santos design with the elusive grey “Ghost” dial signed “Swiss” only.

The original grey dial is the star of the watch. Its subtle monochrome appearance is beautifully contrasted by the golden hands, gold bezel, and signature blue sapphire cabochon crown. The early “Swiss”-only signature makes this an especially attractive configuration for vintage Cartier collectors.

The case and original MK1 bracelet remain unpolished, preserving their vintage character and original finishing. Only the gold bezel has been carefully polished to restore its shine. The bracelet remains long at approximately 16.5 cm, while the sapphire crystal is spotless.
