An exceptionally well-preserved Vacheron Constantin Ref. 2020Q from the 1970s, crafted in solid 18k yellow gold and powered by the legendary ultra-thin Vacheron Constantin Calibre 1121 automatic movement.

Measuring approximately 33 × 38 mm without the crown, the elegant yellow-gold case remains in remarkable, untouched condition. The watch appears to have been barely worn, retaining the sharp and refined character collectors hope to find in an original vintage dress watch.

The champagne dial is beautifully preserved and completely original, pairing perfectly with the warm tone of the 18k gold case. Importantly, the watch retains its original gold crown, original plexiglass, original leather strap and original Vacheron Constantin gold buckle — a wonderfully coherent and untouched example.

At its heart is the exceptional Vacheron Constantin Calibre 1120, an extra-thin automatic movement with date and a beautiful gold rotor. Based on the celebrated Jaeger-LeCoultre Calibre 920 architecture, this movement family is closely associated with some of the most important luxury sports watches of the era, including the Vacheron Constantin 222, Audemars Piguet Royal Oak 5402 and Patek Philippe Nautilus 3700.
