The solid 18k yellow gold case measures 23 × 37 mm and remains in outstanding condition, appearing virtually like new. The caseback is engraved "Made in France", a desirable hallmark of these early production examples and its large '750', French eagle and other Cartier distinct hallmark on the caseback.
