Description
A beautiful and increasingly collectible Cartier Ceinture Ref. 78099 GM from the 1970s, crafted in solid 18k yellow gold and featuring the desirable original “Paris”-signed dial.
The generous 27 mm GM case gives the Ceinture a strong yet elegant presence, defined by its distinctive geometric shape and unusual sculpted gold crown. The original white dial remains beautifully preserved, with crisp black Roman numerals, the rare Paris signature, and classic blued steel hands.
Inside beats the Cartier Calibre 78-1 manual-wind movement, freshly serviced and running excellent.
The watch is fitted with a handmade Belgian black leather strap and completed by an original Cartier vermeil pin buckle.
