Cartier Ceinture Factory Diamond Tricolor Yellow, Pink, White Gold Ref. 66037 from 1980s

An exceptionally rare Cartier Ceinture Ref. 66037 from the 1980s, combining an original factory diamond-set case with an extraordinary tricolor execution in white, yellow and pink gold. With its low serial number and original Cartier box, this is one of the most unusual vintage Ceinture configurations we have encountered.

The 22 mm gold case showcases Cartier’s distinctive geometric Ceinture architecture, executed here in a sophisticated combination of yellow, white and pink gold. The case is further enhanced by its original factory diamond setting, giving the watch the character of a fine Cartier jewelry creation while retaining the unmistakable Ceinture design.

Particularly noteworthy is the low serial number 52. Reference 66037 is already rarely encountered, and we have personally seen only one other example in this configuration, making this a fascinating piece for the dedicated vintage Cartier collector.

The classic white Cartier dial features crisp black Roman numerals and elegant blued steel hands. The original octagonal-shaped Cartier crown in yellow gold beautifully echoes the geometric lines of the case, while a sapphire crystal protects the dial.

Inside is a fresh serviced  Cartier quartz movement 157, offering the slim proportions particularly well suited to this elegant 1980s design.

The watch is fitted with a handmade Belgian black leather strap and is accompanied by its original Cartier presentation box.
